Hi there, following the previous mail about utilities, is there a way (command or pipeline) to get the best match for each query from a psl output given by gfClient? I've noticed that while hgBlat sorts results by descending goodness of match, gfClient doesn't. Of course, I can use custom scripts to sort/ filter, but it would be nice to use some of your utilities...
