Good Morning Davide: Any useful command in the kent source tree should certainly display its help message when run with no arguments. If there is a command that is missing its message, it either isn't useful, or something got forgotten.
Once upon a time, long ago, I collected the headlines from all the usage messages into a single page: http://genomewiki.ucsc.edu/index.php/Kent_source_utilities That needs to be updated. There is a script in the source tree that can run a directory full of commmands and construct this page. --Hiram Davide Cittaro wrote: > Hello there, > After compiling all utilities from source, one has hundreds of > utilities to handle genomic results, nib files and so on... is there a > man page for each of them?
