While we do not have a BAC track for our latest, danRer5 assembly, you can find this information on the previous zebrafish assembly, danRer4. This is the March 2006 assembly, and you can find the BAC End Pairs track under the Mapping and Sequencing Tracks track controls. I hope this information is helpful to you.
