Hi UCSC team, I am interested in the squirrel data. I saw that it partly appears in the test browser. Could you please tell me whether one can get the following alignment Net files: squirrel-mouse, squirrel-guinea pig, squirrel-rabbit,and the reciprocal- mouse-squirrel, guinea pig-squirrel, and rabbit-squirrel. Also, where can the squirrel genome itself can be found in the ftp server?
