Hi, I have a list of refseq ids: NM_001039573 NM_003003 NM_001007097 ... (or in alternative the respective genomic coordinates).
I would like to retrieve the list of Human ESTs (id, cell, source, sex, tissue,...) that match the regions that correspond to the above list. Can you please indicate me the most efficient way to do this. Many thanks.
