Hello Richard,

That's normal.  You'll see many genes that are annotated at multiple 
locations in the genome.   Please see the details page for the UCSC 
Genes page for more information about this:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?c=chr18&g=knownGene
