Dear UCSC colleagues, I am working with Drosophila mojavensis genome. I would like to know if the assembly that is in your genome browser is the last one (CAF1). The date of the assembly does not correspond to the CAF1 assembly (August 2005 Vs February 2006). So, could you confirm me if it is the last one or not?
