Hello, The most current published assembly droMoj2 is not the same as CAF1. The source, date, and version as stated on the Gateway and Credits pages are correct.
However, we do have the sequence data from the CAF1 build in our downloads area as "Feb. 2006 (droMoj3)". This is development level data and is not part of an official assembly that has undergone QA. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#droMoj We are considering creating liftOver files between droMoj2 and droMoj3 genomic. When/if they are ready, you will find new data linked from the same Downloads link above and new options in the droMoj2 assembly browser's Convert (top blue navigation bar, "Convert") and Batch Coordinate Conversion utilities (browser home page, left blue navigation bar, "Utilities").
