Yes, you are correct, the alignments are for consensus sequences, not 
the individual probes. We get the consensus sequences from Affymetrix. 
To map individual probes to consensus sequences, you will need to access 
the data at their web site. Then, with their data and ours, you can map 
from probe --> to consensus --> genomic using your own tools. Please see 
the track description pages for exact links to data sources.
Very sorry for misunderstanding your original question. Also, the 
"knownTo" table relates the data to the UCSC Genes track, which has 
nothing to do with the probes, but may be interesting to you for 
different reasons.
