Hello,

ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/hg17/wib/

When you first open the ftp connection as usual, type "ls" and you will 
see the /gbdb location at the same level as /goldenPath.

It is not an obvious location from the Downloads main html page. The 
"http" has to be changed to "ftp" for the path to be seen in a web browser.
