Dear Sir or Madam, I have downloaded the BLAT source for local use. I have read the FAQ and searched information in the genome mailing list archives. In spite of that, I have not really understood how it works with the database.
Since I work on the human genome, I would like to use the "hg18" database. Is this database already included in the source directory or do I have to download it aside?
