Hi, I'm a little confused by some protAcc ids that I assumed would be in the kgXref table but are not. I downloaded the current human, Mar. 2006 assembly, UCSC Genes, kgXref table and noticed that some protein accession ids such as NP_003330 and NP_002735 do not appear to be in the table. However, some of these missing terms appear in older builds, like NP_003330 is int he May, 2004 build. Looking at their NCBI entries, I can't figure out why they are missing.
If I search the genome browser for these terms, the browser finds them, so they must be in some table, but I don't know which one.
