Hello Jeremy, 

Which assembly are you looking for? Our default Human assembly hg18, does not 
have a ChrUn. 

If you're looking at a different assembly, try putting in your 
ChrUn:217332100-217332038 (without the space). 

Let us know if you have any further problems navigating the Genome Browser.
