Dear all, I'd like to convert genomic coordinates from human assembly July 2003 Assembly hg 16 Build 34 to Build 36.3 (March 2008) hg 18. I noticed that UCSC allows to convert only to March 2006 and February 2009. Can you help me, please? Thanks Simona
