Hi Simona,

A small clarification:

> Differences between builds 36.1 and 36.3 are very small.

The underlying genomic assembly does not change at all between .1, .2, 
.3 etc -- it is NCBI's annotations that change.  For purposes of 
translating genomic coordinates, 36.1 and 36.3 are identical.
