Hello, The SARS virus assembly has been moved to our test server: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu Click through to the main gateway page and set clade=other. The SARS browser is in the genome pull down menu. Other viruses are also in the list (H1N1 swine influenza, etc.).
