I would like to repeat the caution that genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu is our internal development/test server. They are not meant for public use. Most of its content may not have gone through our QA process. And the H1N1 genome(s) are under active development/changes.

The SARS browser is in the genome pull down menu. Other viruses are also in the list (H1N1 swine influenza, etc.). Some of the SARS data is available by ftp: ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/scApr2003/ We do not fully support all virus data in the from the Downloads server, but many do have data in the Table Browser that can be extracted. http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download1 Thanks, Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group Zohar Itzhaki wrote: > Hi, > > I remember the UCSC genome browser supplied data regarding the SARS virus. > I cannot locate this genome and wander if you have information / tracks > regarding additional > viruses. > > thanks a lot, > > Zohar Itzhaki > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome > _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
