Dear Madam / Sir, Is there an easy way to translate single base pair positions from hg18 to hg19? Is there still the possibility to link to the 'old' genome browser on hg18? Are there other ways to remap base pair positions that with the quite obscure liftOver tool or where can I find extensive information on how to use the tool, how to interpret the mapping files, etc.?
