Hi, I am trying to configure the Affy Exon Array Probesets (affyAllExonProbes) sub-track to show only the core probesets in the browser by setting the minimum score threshold (i.e. >= 1000). However, after submitting the changes the browser continues to show all unfiltered probesets. I tried using other values as well (i.e. 900, 800, etc.) and still do not see a difference. Is anyone else running into the same issue? I've resorted to filtering the data by exporting a custom track from the Table Browser.
