Hello Kevin,

A correction has been made on our test server that is currently planned 
to be propagated to the main UCSC Browser server at the next cgi release.

Meanwhile, you are welcome to use our test server: 
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu

While testing, I was able to set a threshold of "701" to display only 
the probes labeled as Core (any number 701-1000 should produce the same 
result). If you notice anything different, please let us know.

very helpful and allowed us to identify/fix the root cause quickly,
