Hello Kevin, A correction has been made on our test server that is currently planned to be propagated to the main UCSC Browser server at the next cgi release.
Meanwhile, you are welcome to use our test server: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu While testing, I was able to set a threshold of "701" to display only the probes labeled as Core (any number 701-1000 should produce the same result). If you notice anything different, please let us know. Thank you again for reporting the issue so clearly. Your description was very helpful and allowed us to identify/fix the root cause quickly, Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group Kevin Ha wrote: > Hi, > > I am trying to configure the Affy Exon Array Probesets (affyAllExonProbes) > sub-track to show only the core probesets in the browser by setting the > minimum score threshold (i.e. >= 1000).
