Riken DB points out a CAGE TSS inside the following location in human chromosome 7:158613139..158628139 you can check it out here: http://gerg01.gsc.riken.jp/cage_analysis/hg17prmtr/TSSSummary.php?tss_id=T07F09747659 (this was just an example) but the UCSC genome browser 'Riken CAGE - Predicted Gene Start Sites' track does not show anything for this region (please check it out in the link below) http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?hgsid=132089178&clade=mammal&org=Human&db=hg17&position=chr7%3A158613139-158628139&pix=1024&Submit=submit Indeed, I haven't been able to find any of the CAGE TSS (that are pointed out in the Riken DB) in the UCSC genome browser for the regions I am interested in. What is the reason for this difference?
