Hi dear list members, i wanna to install the current version of blat in a linux box under my html directory, under which has a dirctory name CGI can run cgi scripts. does it possible to install webblat to the CGI directory? for i see the default form of webblat's action set to "../cgi-bin/webBlat", while i have no permission to access the /var/www/cgi-bin directory.
another question, does in silicon PCR have a standalone package for download and build on own server? Thanks in advance.
