Dear UCSC I am a PhD students in the field of genetics. I am having some confusion in knowing what the coloured SNPs text mean. Some SNPs are coloured Blue and some as Red, My question is what do we predict about the coloured SNPs especially when they are inidcated red in the exonic sequence.
