HI everyone: for I want to lift many regions of human to mouse using LiftOver, I download LiftOver executable file from "http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.i386/";. execute it to present a help file. which worry me most is the warning message in help file as below: WARNING: liftOver was only designed to work between different assemblies of the same organism, it may not do what you want if you are lifting between different organisms.
