Hello, Despite the warning message, it is OK to lift from human to mouse. However, the more diverged the two species are, the less reliable liftOver is.
Alternatively, you can go to the human genome browser (assembly Mar. 2006, hg18) and look at the Mouse Net track. This track shows orthologous regions between human and mouse.
