I am a co-author on a paper entitled "Identification of a 4Mb region on chromosome 17q21 linked to DDH in one 18-member, multi-generation family" that is to be published in Clinical Orthopaedics & Related Research soon. I am currently re-submitting it after revision, and we would like to attach a figure that we obtained from your database, of the genes located in this region. I've attached the figure to this e-mail. Because this is copyrighted, we are asking your permission to publish this figure, showing the genes in the region on chr 17q21. How can I obtain a document (it can even be email correspondence) saying that you grant us permission to publish this figure?
