HI everyone:
I used LiftOver to lift region of human to mouse and the results of
Display failure file means the conservational region don`t exist as
someone tell you previously. and can I consider "Deleted in new" in
Display failure file is the query region of human don`t have
conservational region in mouse genome and "Partially deleted in new"
means that part of query region of human don`t have conservational
region in mouse genome and part of query of human do have
conservational region in mouse genome?
