Hello, I was wondering if the chromStart values within a chromosome are expected to be in nondecreasing order? I know that you require this for Custom Track to the Genome Browser. Do you consider this to be part of the specification? It doesn't seem to be a documented invariant, but it would be extremely useful to be able to rely on this.
