Rhochelle, When you are on the details page for the 44way conservation track, click on the blue "Multiz Alignments" link, and this will open a box that allows selection of various species. Once all your species are displayed, you can click on the display (where you see all the names of the species in hgTracks) to be taken to some sequence information.
I apologize for these configuration features being hard to find. We recently remodeled the details page. Please let me know if you require any further assistance.
