Hello, There are a two Table browser functions that will probably be helpful to you.
For sequence, starting with the Affy track, filter for the transcription factors, then: 1) Output as sequence. Change the output from the default (the primary table's contents") to be "sequence". The options will vary by track, but will be one or all of the following: genomic, protein, mRna with options about exon/introns, upstream sequence, etc. To get gene information, link through the knownToMOE430 table, then add in other tables containing gene symbol/name/alt names: 2) Linking table output. Change the output from the default to be "selected fields from primary and related tables". This will display a page where associated tables can be linked by common keys and included in the output. For track's such as UCSC Gene's, this is necessary to obtain the gene symbol or other common names. Explore tables such as kgAlias and kgXref to see which provide the type of data you prefer.
