Hi again, The transcription factors that are directly associated with the genes on the Affy mouse MOE430 chip are not included in the UCSC dataset. If we are misunderstanding and there is a specific track that contains the data you wish to download, but simply do not know how to link it to the chip sequence using the TB, please let us know.
