Subject: Another question concerning the genome browser
To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>

Dear Jing,

I just remembered that I have another question concering the genome browser.
What I was looking for all evening was a single file/table which includes
details for all available tracks which I could scroll through and learn
about the different track contents and their data representation mode. I
could not find such a file on the whole genome browser website. It would be
perfect if you could direct me to a source from which I could download such
a file, because looking at the track descriptions one by one is very
cumbersome and tiring. Sorry for bugging you again, and thanks alot for your
help. It is very much appreciated!

Best wishes
Mark

Betreff: Display of cancer genome browser tracks in the "conventional"
genome browser

Dear Jing,

Before I start I first want to thank, all you guys involved in the genome
browser project. You are doing such a great job in creating and maintaining
this wonderful tool. Thanks a lot for that.
Today I’m writing to you not only to say thank but I also wanted to ask you
a question concerning the annotation tracks in the cancer genome browser.
Lately I’ve been doing some genome browsing and was wondering if I could
enable the cancer genome browser tracks in the "normal" genome browser. The
encode tracks are available in the standard browser but the non plus ultra
would be having all the cancer genome tracks in addition to the encode
tracks, all in one browser. Is there a possibility to enable this function
or if not maybe some work around solution? Do you have any idea how I could
do this?

Thanks a lot for your efforts!

Best wishes
Mark
