To whom it may concern hi there, i was hoping for some clarity on using the UCSC website to find out sequence information for miR-17, the sequence for this i can obtain easily however i cannot get the sequence upstream (ie promoter region) of the RNA, how do i go about it using the website?? Ive tried with the various tabs on the site but find it hard to get any suitable answer! any help at all would be greatly appreciated, the sequence for mouse or rat or human would do??
