I want to get the reference sequence of the gene ATP7B so that i can detect
any mutations in my experimental samples after comparing with it .Whenever i
search its sequence with "hg19"refGene
location chr13:52506806-52586630
i receive sequence of exons ,introns and promoter on -strand or reverse
strand .but i think it should be on + strand or forward strand.
after searching for DNA sequence on+strand, i could not get the boundries for
exons,introns and promoter region .why is this so?
i am trying hard to get its sequence .
pl answer me what should i do?
