Hi I am PhD student working with Arabidopsis small RNA data. I wish to view alignment of small RNA on Arabidopsis whole genome (or each chromosome) and cam to know about your browser. But why does it not support single plant genome ?? Can we upload the genome ourself from the fasta files to use it.
