Hi Konika, I'm sorry, but our primary focus here is vertebrate genomes. If none of these suit your needs, you may be able to build your own local mirror of our site using your fasta files (more information about setting up a mirror can be found here: https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2010-August/023242.html).
