I am trying to get the genomic locations for all restriction enzymes sites for the human genome for a single allele in hg18.Am I right to understand that the OligoMatch program can help me do it. Is there any other way or program in UCSC that can do it? Also, where can I download the entire human genome sequence for one allele?
