Hello,
I apologize for some ambiguities in my previous email. To be more clear, I am looking for AluI restriction enzyme sites (genomic start and the end coordinates, chromosome) across the whole human genome (hg18). Am I right to understand that the OligoMatch program can help me do it. Is there any other way (ie. Download an already existing .BED file) or program in UCSC that can do it?
