Hello,

I apologize for some ambiguities in my previous email.

To be more clear,

I am looking for AluI restriction enzyme sites (genomic start and the
end coordinates, chromosome) across the whole human genome (hg18). Am I
right to understand that the OligoMatch program can help me do it. Is
there any other way (ie. Download an already existing .BED file) or
program in UCSC that can do it?

Thanks

Manisha

Subject: Query about restriction enzyme sites

Hello,

I am trying to get the genomic locations for all restriction enzymes
sites for the human genome for a single allele in hg18.Am I right to
understand that the OligoMatch program can help me do it. Is there any
other way or program in UCSC that can do it? Also, where can I download
the entire human genome sequence for one allele?

Thanks

Manisha
