Currently we are using BLAT at UCSC site. We are interested to find
homology search with our sequences and we have around 5lac sequences with us
to be uploaded for BLAT. Does Blat provide any option for batch upload? We
want to blat using following parameter:
1.Taking reference genome -Cow
2.Assembly: Oct 2007
3.Query type: BLAT guess
4.Source Output : Query, Score
5.Output type : psl
This is quite urgent . Please provide us with the solution as soon as
possible
