Hi, I am downloading human mRNA files from the ucsc genome website (via: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/bigZips/). I found that 3 distinct mRNA files existed in this folder: mrna.fa, refMrna.fa and xenoMrna.fa. As both mrna.fa and refMrna.fa are human mRNA sequences, could you give me more details and instructions about these two files? I am not quite sure which file I should use in my research.
