Hi Li,

As is stated in the text before the list of files, mrna.fa.gz contains
human mRNAs from GenBank, while refMrna.fa.gz contains RefSeq mRNA from
the same species as the genome. Both are updated once a week via
automatic updates. More information on the difference between RefSeq and
GenBank can be found here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/RefSeq/RSfaq.html.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to contact the
mail list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary
