Dear browser support, we are trying to do an intersection with a custom track after loading a session, and its as if the pull down menus in the intersect are stuck.
We load the session, click on tables, choose the appropriate track of our custom tracks. then click on intersection: create the group that comes up by default is Genes and Gene prediction tracks. When we change it to Comparative Genomics, it doesn't update the list of tracks or tables to match, so we can't do the intersect that we want. we've tried on both mac (firefox) and pc (firefox and explorer). If we try (on the same computers and browsers) in a window that wasn't in the session, the intersect works perfectly.
