Dear Genome Browser, I am wondering for your known genes track what is the requirement for a 3' end. I understand that it is based on a number of different sources but If it is based on ESTs, Do you require the ESTs to have a polya tail and if so, how many As? If it is based solely on mRNA, is a polya tail required and if so, how many As?
