Please note the message you receive when you extract wiggle data with
the table browser, for example

> #     This data has been compressed with a minor loss in resolution.
> #     (Worst case: 0.78125)

Please note the discussion of this data type and the loss of resolution
in the data when it is in a wiggle table in the second paragraph here:
