Hello, Dr. Robert Williams (University of Tennessee Health Science Center) told me that his data on Mouse DBA-2J structural variants (Indels, CNVs and Inversions, http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/11/S4/O7) were already available on the UCSCbrowser Genenetwork.org. However I haven't been able to find them. Do you know where they are?
