Hi Diego,

GeneNetwork has set up their own mirror of the Genome Browser that hosts
the same data as UCSC, plus additional data. There is a news item
posted on their site (from http://www.genenetwork.org/whats_new.html):

2010-08-02: We have installed a GeneNetwork UCSC Genome Browser
mirror site that displays a set of 4.58 million SNPs that distinguish
strain DBA/2J from the reference strain, C57BL/6J. Other DNA sequence
and RNA-seq data sets will be added over the next several months.
(Implemented by Lei Yan and Xusheng Wang).

Here is a link to the GeneNetwork UCSC Genome Browser mirror:

told me that his data on Mouse DBA-2J structural variants (Indels, CNVs
and Inversions, http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/11/S4/O7) were
already available on the UCSCbrowser Genenetwork.org. However I haven't
been able to find them. Do you know where they are?
