Hi, I have a question about chromFa.tar.gz for monDom5. As mentioned in README it should have repeats shown in lower case. However; it does not contains any lower case and all the sequence is shown in upper case. Am I missing something here? Should I use chromOut.tar.gz and change the repeats to lowercase myself?
