Hi, I am trying to find an annotation of the drosophila ensembl, flybase or refseq genes not transcripts, unfortunately I could not find it in the table browser. I was trying to compute this list from the according transcript annotations when I realized that these files are missing the gene id’s. Does anybody know where to find the gene annotation files or the transcript annotation files WITH the correct gene id’s? Best,
