Dear UCSC genome browser's team, I am very interested in the paper published about the relationship between nucleosome positioning and DNA methylation.
I found a very nice illustration on http://epigenomics.mcdb.ucla.edu/Nuc-Seq/ . But I wonder if any gff-like file available for the nucleosome positions for Arabidopsis. I really appreciate any help.
