Hello there,

two queries pertaining to representing BIGWIG or similar tracks:

-is there a nice way to represent on a single track the combined results
obtained from several biological replicas of the same sample, which would allow
one to visualize the average and the STDEV at each point?

-On a similar note I saw that the ENCODE Chip-Seq data is nicely represented on
a single track to represent data from 8 different cell lines, what format can
an external user use to visualize data in that manner?

thanks and best regards,

Elia Stupka
